Key Responsibilities

- Site Inspections &
- PTW:

Conduct regular plant patrols to monitor safety compliance, work instructions, barricades, machine guards, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) rules.

- Hazard Identification &

- Reporting:

Identify unsafe acts, conditions, near misses, and potential hazards; report immediately and maintain required observation logs.

- PPE &

- Contractor Oversight:

Ensure proper use of PPE by all personnel, verify contractor PPE registers, and guide contractor workers on safe practices.

- Safety Awareness &

- Emergency:

Assist in toolbox talks, safety campaigns, emergency evacuations, and corrective actions with the HSE/Plant team.

- General: Perform safety tasks assigned by the Plant EHS Lead, Area Incharge, or HOD.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- High alertness and keen observation skills.

- Solid verbal and written communication abilities.

- Teamwork and effective interpersonal skills with workers and contractors.

- Basic knowledge of risk identification and hazard control measures.
