a) Monitor compliance with all safety laws and standards, maintain safety records, and prepare detailed reports on inspections, incidents, and safety performance for management and regulatory bodies.
b) Investigate accidents, injuries, and near misses to determine the root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
c) Develop and deliver training programs for employees on safety practices, equipment use, emergency procedures, and company-specific protocols.
d) Ensure that all safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), is available, functional, and up to standard.
