- Incident Management: Investigate accidents/incidents, report findings, and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, national, and industry-specific OHS laws and standards.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain safety records, track training, and provide reports on safety performance.
- Employee Engagement: Promote a proactive safety culture through communication and involvement. Core Duties:
