Job Title: SAFe Agile Coach SAP S/4HANA Program

Role: SAFe Agile Coach – Enterprise SAP Transformation

Responsibilities: We are looking for a senior SAFe Agile Coach with 12–15 years of experience to independently coach, guide, and scale Agile and SAFe practices across large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The role requires deep SAFe expertise, solid SAP delivery exposure, and executive-level coaching and change leadership capabilities.

- Coach leaders, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on SAFe principles and practices
- Lead enterprise SAFe adoption for SAP S/4HANA programs
- Drive Lean-Agile mindset, continuous improvement, and value delivery
- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, transformation workshops, and maturity assessments
- Identify systemic impediments and guide leadership on organizational change
- Align SAFe execution with SAP Activate and S/4 delivery milestones
- Mentor teams during PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and ART launches

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as enterprise Agile transformation leader
- Define and track SAFe maturity and transformation KPIs




- Support portfolio-level planning and governance
- Coach executives and senior stakeholders
- Ensure sustainable Agile ways of working

Requirements:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Agile / SAFe delivery roles
- Proven experience as SAFe Agile Coach on large SAP programs
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA delivery and SAP Activate
- SAFe SPC or SAFe Agile Coach certification preferred
- Excellent facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills

- Customer interviews focus on transformation leadership and coaching depth
- Evaluation emphasizes mindset change, influence, and leadership
