Job Summary

ANI Integrated Services Limited is looking for experienced Safety Advisors (HSE) to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, and EPC project sites. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of industrial safety procedures, risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, and contractor safety management.

Candidates with experience in offshore, onshore, refinery, and large-scale industrial construction projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE policies, procedures, statutory requirements, and client-specific safety standards, including Saudi Aramco standards wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, HSE audits, and workplace risk assessments.
- Review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and Method Statements before commencement of work.
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems, including hot work, confined space entry, excavation, work at height, and lifting operations.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance and ensure adherence to approved safety procedures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct HSE induction programs, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness training.
- Monitor compliance with environmental requirements, including waste management, spill prevention,



and pollution control.
- Support emergency response planning, mock drills, evacuation procedures, and rescue operations.
- Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with safe working practices.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, audit findings, and safety documentation.
- Identify unsafe conditions and practices and coordinate with project teams to implement corrective measures.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across project sites.

Eligibility Criteria
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a recognized Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) qualification.
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, EPC, or industrial construction projects.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PTW, JSA, risk assessment, incident investigation, and HSE compliance.
- Experience in contractor safety management, site inspections, and safety audits.
- Good communication, coordination, reporting, and safety training skills.
- Experience in offshore/onshore projects, refinery operations, or large-scale industrial construction will be an added advantage.
