Role Overview:

The RPA (UiPath) Tester will be responsible for validating, testing, and ensuring the quality of automation workflows developed using UiPath. This role involves writing & executing test plans, writing & executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to deliver reliable, bug-free RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of RPA processes, testing methodologies, and automation tools to support seamless deployment and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Test Planning &

- Design: o Analyze Process Design Documents (PDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) to understand automation requirements. o Develop detailed test cases, and test data including happy paths and edge cases. o Define approach for test data working closely with the BA / SA / Dev and validate test data for correctness once available.
- Execution &
- Validation: o Proficient in applying below listed software testing concepts to the job Connectivity testing Integration testing Systems testing Business Verification testing Performance &
- Load testing Regression testing User Acceptance testing (support) o Verify bot interactions with diverse systems like ERPs (SAP, Oracle), web applications, and legacy tools.
- Defect Management: o Identify, log,



and track bugs using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. o Collaborate with developers to perform root cause analysis and verify bug fixes o • Monitoring &
- Reporting: o Monitor bot performance during testing to ensure scalability and error-handling efficiency. o Prepare test summary reports and provide "go/no-go" recommendations for production releases.

Skills & Qualifications: • Technical Skills: Proficiency with UiPath and UiPath Test suite(preferred) o Experience with testing management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. o Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., VB.NET, Python, SQL, JavaScript). • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to catch subtle process irregularities. o Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. o Typically 35 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a focus on automation. • Collaboration & Teamwork: o Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. o Proactive in sharing feedback and improvement suggestions. Preferred Certifications: • UiPath Certified Professional (RPA Associate or Developer)
