Role Description The Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role involves designing and delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions in robotics and AI for school students and young learners, using practical projects and demonstrations. The trainer will develop lesson plans, prepare teaching materials, and adapt content to different age groups and learning levels.

Daily responsibilities include guiding learners through building and programming robots, explaining AI concepts in simple, accessible language, troubleshooting student projects,



and maintaining training equipment and labs. The trainer will also collaborate with school staff, participate in events and competitions, provide feedback on learner progress, and contribute to improving OLL.co’s curriculum and teaching practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess practical skills in Robotics and Robot programming and operation.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Robotic Welding and industrial or educational robotics applications.
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and classroom issues.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts, basic machine learning, or educational AI tools, with the ability to explain them to beginners.
- Experience teaching, training, or mentoring students in STEM subjects, preferably in robotics or coding.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, create project-based learning activities, and manage a classroom effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with educational robotics kits, programming languages (such as Scratch, Python, or C/C++), and basic electronic components is an advantage.
