- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products surveillance and service
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer needs to ensure overall customer satisfaction

Required skills
- Should have hands-on system Odin/Omnesys
- Market Knowledge in all segments
- Should be NISM certified
