Hiring: Rider Shift In-charge / Delivery Operations Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate delivery riders during assigned shifts.
- Monitor live orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Track rider attendance, availability, and performance.
- Handle rider issues, grievances, and operational escalations.
- Coordinate with the supply team to ensure sufficient rider availability.
- Monitor delivery SLA, order delays, and daily operational reports.
- Support rider onboarding, retention, and smooth shift handovers.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in last-mile rider operations is mandatory.
- Candidates from quick-commerce and e-commerce industries are preferred.
- Experience in rider management, delivery operations, and SLA monitoring.
- Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Up to ₹3.5–4 LPA, based on relevant experience. Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Rotational

Shift Timings:

- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
