Responsibilities

- Drive the store launch checklist from mobilisation through opening day.

- Coordinate layout, fixtures and fittings.

- Ensure merchandise planning, stock receipt and initial stocking.

- Coordinate with HR on manpower recruitment, deployment and training.

- Coordinate with Admin on licences, vendors and contractors.

- Track technology, POS, systems, signage and operational requirements.

- Maintain the store-readiness tracker and escalate gaps.

- Ensure merchandise availability, display and pricing support sales and customer experience.

- Coordinate final store setup and pre-opening activities.

- Conduct final readiness checks and take charge of operations after launch.

- Report store performance, challenges and action plans to management.

- 3 to 4 years - Practical, hands-on experience as Retail Store Management , Current store-opening experience, Knowledge of Textile/ Clothing & Apparel - Fashion industry.
