Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with product selection.
- Recommend outfits, styling options, and complementary products.
- Achieve daily sales targets and increase sales.
- Maintain product displays, folding, and store cleanliness.
- Refill stock and ensure product availability in the store.
- Assist customers in trial rooms and provide alternate sizes.
- Handle billing, cash, digital payments, and returns accurately.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and new arrivals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in fashion retail brands like Zara, H&M;, Max, Trends, or similar brands is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in fashion and styling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
