Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and presentable Female Retail Associate with at least 1 year of retail experience to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to assist customers while ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Provide product information and personalized recommendations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and proper arrangement.
- Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Assist with billing, stock management, and inventory checks as required.

Candidate Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in a showroom, jewellery store, fashion brand, or similar retail environment is preferred.
- Must be presentable, polite, and customer-focused.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers confidently and professionally.
- Basic numerical and calculation skills.
- Willingness to work in a team and meet sales targets.
