We are looking for a customer-oriented and agile Retail Sales Associate to join our team across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, driving product sales, and delivering exceptional in-store brand experiences for premium watches. You will manage customer interactions from greeting through checkout, ensuring sales targets and high service standards are consistently met.

Note: This is an off-roll / contractual role. Candidates with immediate availability or serving a short notice period (015 days) will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling: Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice and recommendations on high-quality watch collections.
- Lead Conversion & Sales Target Execution: Actively convert walk-in leads and inquiries into completed sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Product Knowledge & Brand Representation: Stay updated on watch features, mechanics, warranties, brand heritage, and special promotions to deliver engaging product demonstrations.
- Store & Sales Operations:



Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandise display upkeep, visual merchandising standards, and point-of-sale (POS) billing operations.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate customer databases, follow up with potential buyers, and deliver exceptional post-sales support to foster brand loyalty and repeat visits.
- Feedback & Reporting: Record customer feedback, report store traffic insights to management, and collaborate with team members to enhance store efficiency and sales results.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail sales (experience in watches, luxury goods, lifestyle, apparel, or electronics retail is highly preferred).
- Education: Any Graduate (Bachelors Degree in any field).
- Notice Period: 0 to 15 Days (Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period).
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, persuasive sales techniques, customer handling capabilities, and basic numerical ability for POS/inventory tasks.
