What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in retail sales, customer experience or premium consumer-facing roles.

Prior experience with a premium or luxury retail brand with physical stores is essential.

Experience in assisted, consultative or solution-based selling.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Naturally warm, confident and comfortable engaging with customers.

Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Comfortable working in a quick-paced, customer-facing retail environment.

Basic knowledge of CRM, billing and computer applications. Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
