Role Description The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering an excellent in-store customer experience and driving sales of Artarium products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, involving customer engagement, product presentations, and completing sales transactions. The role includes greeting and assisting walk-in customers, explaining product features and pricing, and recommending suitable décor pieces based on customer preferences.

The Retail Sales

Executive will maintain visual merchandising standards,



ensure stock is well-organized, and support inventory checks and reporting. The role also involves building repeat business through relationship management, handling customer queries or concerns professionally, and coordinating with the operations and marketing teams to support promotions and store events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to create positive, long-term customer connections.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills for in-person interactions and basic documentation.
- Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, home décor, or a similar customer-facing environment is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of POS systems, billing, and inventory management is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, including weekends and peak retail hours, as required.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
