Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise FOH and BOH teams, including staffing, training, and performance.
- Maintain service standards, food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
- Monitor sales, inventory, food costs, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with kitchen, purchase, and finance teams for operational efficiency.
- Drive revenue through upselling, customer engagement, and cost control.

Experience: 58 years in restaurant operations, preferably in fine-dining restaurants. Key Skills: Team Management, Guest Relations, Restaurant Operations, Cost Control, Inventory Management, and Leadership.
