Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Supervise the dining area, coffee tables, and service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, correct table settings, and efficient order delivery.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards for waiters, housekeeping staff, dining areas, and tables.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Promote and upsell menu items, beverages, and special offers to increase sales.
- Ensure the sales area and snack counter are clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
- Coordinate with the production team for timely replenishment of snacks and other items.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and service standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
