- Monitoring Health: Observe changes in the patient's condition and report concerns.

- Medical Procedures: Perform nursing procedures as prescribed by the doctor.

- Patient Comfort: Ensure patient safety, comfort, dignity, and emotional support.

- Health Education: Educate patients and family members about care and medication.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of nursing care, medications, and patient progress.
