The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle room reservation requests via phone, email, website, and online travel agencies.

Assist guests with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations. Provide accurate information about room types, rates, packages, promotions, and resort amenities. Maintain reservation records in the property management system (PMS).

Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales departments to ensure guest requirements are met. Monitor room availability and maximize occupancy through effective inventory management. Process payments and verify booking details.





Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues. Generate reservation reports and maintain booking documentation. Ensure compliance with resort policies and service standards.

RequirementsHigh school diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. Previous experience in hotel or resort reservations is preferred. Knowledge of reservation systems and PMS software.

Solid communication and customer service skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
