Role Overview

Brooksphere Research is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Executive to support research projects across multiple industry verticals. The role focuses on Questionnaire Review & Evaluation (QRE), data validation, quality checks, Excel-based analysis, charting and reporting support.

The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, an understanding of research data, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Questionnaire Review (QRE): Review questionnaires for completeness, consistency, skip logic, response options and alignment with research objectives.
- Data Validation & Quality Checks: Identify missing values, inconsistencies, outliers, coding errors and duplication. Validate bases, percentages, totals, filters and cross-tabulations.
- Excel-Based Analysis: Clean, organise and analyse research datasets using Pivot Tables, lookup functions, logical formulas and data validation.
- Charting & Reporting: Prepare accurate charts, tables and visual summaries; support research presentations and reports.
- Research Support: Work across consumer, B2B, healthcare, technology, brand research, product testing and other research studies.
- Project Ownership: Manage multiple assignments, coordinate with internal teams, proactively flag issues and deliver accurate outputs within deadlines.

Required Skills & Competencies




- Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, lookups and data cleaning.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify data errors, trends and inconsistencies.
- Understanding of questionnaires, survey research, coding, respondent bases and cross-tabulations.
- Ability to prepare clear charts, tables and research outputs.
- Positive communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability and ability to work independently under pressure.

Experience & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in market research, data processing, data validation, research operations, reporting or analytics.
- Graduate in any discipline; Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business or Research backgrounds preferred.
- Practical experience in Excel-based analysis and research quality checks.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint; familiarity with SPSS, Power BI or other data visualisation tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
