- An above average understanding of Skin and Hair Biology and basic methods in evaluating product efficacy in Personal Care and Home Care domain.

- Fair working knowledge on: PersonalCare and Home Care products and Assessment methods. MSExcel, MS Word, Powerpoint.

- Knowledge of Research Methods, Beginner level understanding of Statistics.

Responsibilities

- Assist in product claim substantiation through Panel /Consumer studies, product efficacy demonstrations etc

- Actively engage with Consumers to evaluate consumer preferences for different products and draw insights on products and consumer behavior.

- Product efficacy and sensory assessments and resultcommunication as per the set schedules.

- Work independently and with team to enable timely decisions on assigned projects.

- Operate and maintain advanced Instruments to measure efficacy of cosmetics

- Ensure documentation thoroughness of all the assigned projects.
