Key Responsibilities

- Handle health insurance renewals and customer follow-ups.
- Drive renewal conversions and customer retention.
- Resolve customer queries, objections, and escalations.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, and renewal terms.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for smooth renewals.
- Achieve renewal targets while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in health insurance renewals.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and renewal processes.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in renewal sales or customer retention preferred.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
