Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Sales department, focusing on the used tractor financing segment. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with agricultural customers, understanding their financing needs, and facilitating tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agricultural equipment market, particularly used tractors, and possess the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

This position requires excellent communication skills, market insight, and a customer-centric approach to support the bank's mission of financial inclusion and rural development.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the agricultural sector, focusing on used tractor financing.

- Assess customer creditworthiness and financial needs to recommend appropriate loan products and services.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive offerings in the used tractor financing market.





- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans while adhering to the bank’s compliance and risk management policies.

- Provide expert guidance to customers on loan application processes, documentation requirements, and repayment schedules.

- Monitor loan accounts regularly to ensure timely repayments and proactively address any delinquencies or defaults.

- Organize and participate in community outreach programs and agricultural fairs to promote the bank’s financial products and services.

- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

- Stay updated with industry regulations, government schemes, and subsidies related to agricultural financing to better serve customers.

- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance and customer service quality.
