Job Title: Relationship Officer

Job Summary The Relationship Officer will assist with daily banking operations, customer handling, loan application processing and documentation. The role involves coordinating with customers and bank staff to ensure smooth processing of loan files and completion of required documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential and existing customers to explain banking services and loan products.
- Collect basic KYC documents, including PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, address proof and other required documents.
- Assist customers in filling out loan application forms accurately.
- Verify the completeness of loan files and ensure all required documents are attached.
- Coordinate with bank staff for loan file submission, processing and follow-ups.
- Help customers understand documentation requirements and resolve basic queries.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and application details.
- Maintain proper records of customer information, applications and submitted documents.




- Assist in routine banking-related work and administrative activities as required.
- Ensure customer documents and personal information are handled confidentially.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail in checking documents and filling out forms.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and bank staff.
- Basic understanding of banking services, KYC, and loan documentation is preferred.

Key Objective To provide effective customer support, assist in banking and loan-related activities, and ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of complete loan files.
