Position Details

Job Title: Sales Executive – Relationship Manager

Industry: Automobile Dealership

Experience: Minimum 1 year in automobile or non-automobile sales

Qualification: Any Degree (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 gross per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives of up to ₹40,000+

- Benefits: PF, ESI, monthly performance incentives, early increments, and petrol allowance as applicable.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

✅ Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.





✅ Maintain sales records and submit daily market reports.

✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

✅ Develop effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.

✅ Stay updated on automobile products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

✔ Good communication and customer-handling skills.

✔ Solid interest in field sales and automobile sales.

✔ Sales and negotiation skills.

✔Two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving knowledge, with a valid driving licence as required for the role.

✔Willingness to work towards sales targets.
