Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM) Department: Sales – Nationalised Bank

Job Location: Assigned Market Job (Thrissur, Palakkad)

Description

- Manage TLs and sales teams to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily sales, dispatches, and team performance.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment and manpower requirements.
- Develop the market and generate new business.
- Prepare daily reports and ensure target achievement.

Qualification

Any Degree Experience: Sales and team management experience nce preferred

Experience Required

2 Years as RM or 3 Year as TL

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
