– Meet partners — new and existing — face to face across your city: travel agents, tour operators, and consolidators

– Lock in every meeting before you step out — a planned week beats a busy one

– Map your routes smartly to fit more quality conversations into every day

– Capture outcomes and next steps while the conversation is still fresh

2. Open New Doors

– Introduce partners to GoFurther (Travel Now Pay Later) and GoBuild (Business Loans) — and show why they matter

– Make eligibility and documentation easy to understand, so interest turns into action

– Hand interested partners to the onboarding team with a clear summary — and stay with them until they are live

- Build Relationships That Last

– Show up regularly — be the familiar face partners look forward to seeing

– Listen closely to what partners need, and take their challenges to the right team to solve

– Help partners get the most out of everything Mihuru offers

- Be Our Eyes and Ears

– Keep the CRM (Bitrix24) current with meetings, outcomes, and follow-up dates

– Share daily and weekly visit updates with your reporting manager

What You Bring

– A sales background — you know how to open a conversation and close it

– Travel industry experience — you speak the language of agents and tour operators

– Excellent communication — confident, clear, and credible in every meeting

– Real field experience — you are energised by being out meeting people, not behind a desk

– A planner's discipline — meetings fixed in advance, and kept

– Available Monday to Saturday, 9:30am – 6:30pm

– Based in, or ready to work from, Mumbai, Delhi, Kerala, Kolkata, or Bangalore

Bonus Points

– A ready network of travel agents, tour operators, or consolidators in your city

– Familiarity with IATA accreditation or GST for travel businesses

– Prior experience in fintech, lending, NBFC, or banking sales

– Experience with CRM tools — Bitrix24, Zoho, or similar

– Fluency in your city's local language, alongside English and Hindi

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
