The Relationship Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for sourcing and acquiring recent customers for LAP products, managing customer relationships, and achieving business targets through open market sourcing, referrals, and channel partnerships. The role focuses on providing customized financing solutions while ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Source and acquire Loan Against Property (LAP) customers through direct sales, referrals, connectors, and channel partners. Achieve assigned business, disbursement, and revenue targets.

Generate leads through market mapping and customer networking.

Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing.

Ensure timely completion of documentation and disbursement processes.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, brokers,



and referral partners.

Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, CASA, and business loans.

Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Provide superior customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Loan Against Property, Mortgage Loans, Housing Finance, Banking Sales, or NBFC sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of secured lending and property-backed financing products.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking ability.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
