- Experience in home loans and loan against property sales with skills in lead generation and channel partner management

- Generate leads, manage DSAs and brokers, drive home loan and LAP sales, achieve sales targets, and ensure loan processing compliance

Role & responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Generate quality leads through open-market field sales, cold-calling, and direct client meetings.

- Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, builders, brokers, and local market sources.

- Product Sales: Drive sales for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Loans.

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and portfolio targets.

- Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate with internal processing teams and customers to ensure smooth loan sanction, disbursement, and regulatory compliance
