- Supervise and coordinate solar installation projects within the assigned region.

- Plan daily project activities and allocate work to technicians, welders, and installation teams.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per company standards.

- Coordinate with the sales, engineering, procurement, and operations teams for smooth project execution.

- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress, installation quality, and safety compliance.

- Ensure the availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower at project sites.

- Coordinate with customers regarding installation schedules, site readiness, and project updates.

- Identify and resolve site-level technical and operational issues.

- Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and maintain proper stock records at project sites.

- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications,



and company procedures.

- Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports and submit them to management.

- Coordinate with the service team for pending work, customer complaints, and post-installation issues.

- Maintain proper documentation, including site reports, work completion reports, and installation records.

- Support the regional sales team with site inspections, feasibility assessments, and technical coordination when required.

- Travel within the assigned region to supervise projects and coordinate field operations.

- Perform other project-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
