Responsible for smooth processing of day to day Branch operations in the region.

Report complex operational issues to Operation Manager/ Head -Branch Operation for resolution.

Providing training and guidance to BOE s for Branch Operations.

Responsible for RCRM MIS pertaining to R T Operations within specified region.
