Role Overview

Cancer Healer Center is looking for an experienced Regional Manager Business Development to drive business growth, revenue generation and market expansion across multiple centers in the assigned region.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare/hospital business development, sales, patient acquisition, team management and regional revenue responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth and revenue generation across assigned centers.
- Develop and execute regional business development and sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and patient acquisition targets.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the Business Development / Center teams.
- Identify recent business opportunities, referral channels and local market potential.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, referral partners and other stakeholders.
- Monitor patient leads, conversion, follow-ups and revenue performance.
- Analyse center-wise performance and implement corrective action wherever required.
- Work closely with Center In-Charges,



Doctors and Operations teams to improve business performance.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Develop local marketing and referral initiatives to increase patient footfall.
- Prepare and present MIS, business performance reports and regional action plans to senior management.
- Ensure effective implementation of business strategies across all assigned centers.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital, diagnostics, clinics or related service industries.
- Proven experience in regional/team handling and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of B2C healthcare business development and patient conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong analytical and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Candidates with experience managing multiple centers/branches will be preferred.
