Role Description The Regional Head (Cluster Head) will oversee SkillDzire’s operations and growth within the Indore region in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves managing regional teams, setting and monitoring performance targets, and ensuring effective execution of training programs and initiatives.

The Regional

Head will build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders to expand SkillDzire’s presence and impact. Daily responsibilities include reviewing regional performance metrics, guiding local teams, resolving operational issues,



and implementing strategic plans aligned with company goals. The role also requires regular reporting to senior leadership and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in regional or cluster management, business operations, or educational services leadership.
- Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and performance tracking.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including partnerships with colleges, universities, and industry organizations.
- Ability to develop and implement regional growth strategies and monitor outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making and use of basic analytical tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to skill development, training, or edtech environments is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
