Oversee microfinance, NBFC, MFI, group loan, and individual loan products to drive business expansion.
Develop strategies to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Foster robust relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
12-20 years of experience in microfinance or related field (NBFC).
Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of financial services industry trends and regulations.
Excellent communication skills for building client relationships.
Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
