Job Purpose: *Managescredit operations and decision support across the region

Handles escalations,harmonizes processes, and partners with business to enable prudent growth*

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve escalated/high value proposals; guide complex structuring withinpolicy

Standardize underwriting practices across locations;run calibration workshops and spot audits

Track regional KPIs (TAT, approval rate, delinquency,exception mix) and drive course corrections

Coordinate with legal/technical/compliance on edgecases and risk mitigants

Publish regional MIS with insights and actiontrackers; manage governance reviews





Mentor Area/Cluster Heads; drive performance andcapability building

Skills Required:
