Position: Referral & Periphery Marketing Executive

Company: UMC Hospitals, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes and diagnostic centres.
- Conduct regular field visits to strengthen referral networks and identify recent business opportunities.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, facilities and consultant availability.
- Coordinate doctor meetings, health camps and healthcare awareness activities.
- Follow up with referral partners and support the smooth handling of referred patients.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Track referral leads, patient enquiries and conversions.
- Maintain referral databases and prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Confidence in conducting field visits and meetings
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting




- Ability to develop and maintain healthcare referral networks
