Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor industrial refrigeration systems, chillers, milk cooling equipment, and cold storage facilities.

- Maintain the required temperature of milk, dairy products, and processing areas as per operational and food safety requirements.

- Monitor refrigeration system parameters, including temperature, pressure, cooling performance, and refrigerant levels.

- Conduct routine inspections of compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, cooling towers, pipelines, and associated equipment.

- Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of refrigeration equipment.

- Monitor chilled water systems and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted cooling.

- Maintain daily temperature logs, equipment operating records, maintenance registers, and energy consumption records.

- Identify and promptly report refrigerant leaks, abnormal pressure readings,



equipment breakdowns, and other safety hazards.

- Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure reliable cooling during dairy processing operations.

- Ensure proper operation of cold rooms, milk chilling tanks, and other refrigeration equipment.

- Follow applicable industrial safety procedures, including safe handling of refrigerants and emergency response protocols.

- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the refrigeration plant and surrounding areas.

- Support energy-saving initiatives and ensure effective operation of refrigeration systems.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
