We also provide office deep cleaning and housekeeping contract services. Our people, from cleaners to supervisors to vendor partners, are the core of our service, so hiring them well is central to our growth.

Role Overview We need a Recruitment Officer to own the hiring of our cleaning vendors, in-house team and housekeeping staff. You will manage the full cycle, from finding the source to getting the person to join and start work. This is a hands-on, field-driven role. You will build current hiring sources and meet people on the ground, and you will not only post ads and wait for applications.

Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Hiring Own hiring of housekeeping staff, cleaners, supervisors, in-house team members and home cleaning vendors Work with the facility and operations managers to plan how many people are needed and by when Call, screen and interview candidates, schedule trials and verify documents Follow up until the person actually joins and starts work 2. Sourcing and Ground Work Find and build new hiring sources: labour contractors, manpower agencies, housekeeping and facility companies, training institutes, local communities, worker hubs and referrals Visit areas, meet contractors and community contacts, and run walk-in or hiring drives Create and share hiring posts on Apna, WorkIndia,



WhatsApp groups and local networks Test new sources regularly and track which ones give the best hires 3.

Vendor and Staff Onboarding Onboard new cleaning vendors and partners, including document collection and verification Make sure new hires are briefed on company expectations, service scope and joining formalities Reduce drop-offs between selection and joining with timely follow-ups and backup candidates 4. Tracking and Reporting Maintain the hiring tracker with candidate status, round completed and joining status Report numbers (calls, interviews, offers, joinings) to the manager and founder Track source performance, drop sources that don’t work and double down on those that do Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience in housekeeping, facility, security or other field staff recruitment Experience in bulk or walk-in hiring and in finding sources on your own Comfortable with field visits and meeting people on the ground Good Hindi and Marathi, and basic English Comfortable making 50 calls a day Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets and WhatsApp coordination Target-driven, quick to follow up and reliable Own two-wheeler preferred Based in Pune Good to Have Existing contacts among labour contractors, manpower agencies or housekeeping vendors Experience hiring for multiple cities Familiarity with Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri or LinkedIn for sourcing KPIs Joinings per month Time to hire Offer-to-joining rate Retention after 30 days Number of new active sources and cost per hire by source Why Join Us Own the hiring function in a growing company and work directly with the founder Freedom to build and test new hiring sources Hiring across Pune, Mumbai and Delhi-NCR To apply: send your resume or call (phone hidden) or [email protected]
