Are you a strategic recruiter who thrives in high-volume, dynamic environments? We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end frontline manpower hiring across west region. In this role, you will lead high-impact hiring initiatives, optimize sourcing channels, build grassroots partnerships, and ensure a seamless pipeline from candidate selection to onboarding and training.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Recruitment Planning (20%)

- Review rolling 3-month hiring targets (location, quantity, skill requirements) and develop actionable recruitment plans.
- Optimize sourcing channels, combining walk-ins, mass drives, digital recruitment, and specialized outreach programs (e.g., homecoming drives).
- Identify resource requirements for hiring events and gain alignment/sign-off with leadership.

- Recruitment Process Execution & Monitoring (80%)

- Mobilize recruitment teams and lead execution of scheduled hiring drives and events.
- Ensure full compliance with internal company policies, statutory regulations, and labor laws governing recruitment.
- Issue Letters of Intent (LOI)



to selected candidates and actively follow up to ensure seamless transition to training centers with required documentation.
- Coordinate directly with training schools on candidate rosters and arrival schedules.
- Track hiring event effectiveness, course-correct plans as needed, and maintain accurate recruitment MIS and reporting.

Stakeholders & Relationships

- Internal: Hub & Branch Operations Teams, ISM Officers, Recruitment Lead.
- External: Prospective candidates, Government/State agencies, Gram Panchayats, local community authorities, and NGOs.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Graduate degree or equivalent (minimum required).
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant HR experience with a robust background in managing volume recruitment processes.
