Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Recruiter with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will manage the recruitment cycle from understanding job requirements and sourcing profiles to coordinating interviews and supporting offer closure and joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions, hiring priorities and candidate profiles in coordination with clients and the internal team.

• Source relevant candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls to assess skills, experience, salary expectations,



notice period and interest.

• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups and offer/joining coordination.

• Maintain accurate candidate trackers, recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring updates.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and upcoming Non-IT requirements.

• Work towards assigned sourcing, submission, interview and closure targets while maintaining candidate quality.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment / talent acquisition.

• Experience hiring for roles in areas such as manufacturing, engineering, retail, operations, sales, or other Non-IT functions is an advantage.

• Valuable sourcing, resume-screening, communication and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable working with recruitment portals, candidate databases, spreadsheets and recruitment trackers.

• Organised, persistent and able to manage multiple open positions and deadlines.

• A target-driven mindset and ability to work from the Pune office.
