Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent from various sources such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases to fill open positions in the US market.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for further consideration by hiring managers.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates for interviewing purposes.

- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant metrics.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in international recruitment or US staffing/recruitment industry.

- Solid understanding of VMS (Vendor Management System) software used for tracking candidate flow through the entire recruitment process.

- Proven ability to source high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals etc.
