Hiring: Recruitment Executive – Job Consultancy

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our job consultancy. The candidate should have prior experience working in a recruitment consultancy, with solid skills in candidate sourcing, client coordination, interview scheduling, and placement management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple job openings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers and job seekers.
- Follow up on candidate selections, offer letters, joining, and placements.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.




- Manage daily operations of the job consultancy and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a job consultancy or recruitment agency is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Experience using job portals and recruitment databases.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet placement targets.
- Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with hands-on experience managing consultancy recruitment operations.
- Experience handling both client requirements and candidate placements.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to business growth

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
