Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end talent acquisition for India’s Future Investors, with a focus on identifying and engaging participants and core production team members who fit the show’s high-performance workplace. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments tailored to the show’s unique requirements. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with production, marketing, and operations teams to understand role needs, define selection criteria, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.

Daily responsibilities include managing job postings,



maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, coordinating offer and onboarding processes, and providing regular hiring updates to leadership. The role also includes building talent pipelines, representing IFI at events or outreach activities, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and qualified talent.

Qualifications

- Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with candidate relationship management, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in media, entertainment, reality shows, or high-volume hiring environments is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a professional, ethical approach to recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and adjust to production schedules, including occasional extended or flexible hours.
