Recruiter / HR Manager (m/f/d) – Freelance, Remote

Unterkunft2000 GmbH is looking for support in international recruiting, HR management, or both . We recruit remote employees and freelancers across different countries, starting small and agreeing on each assignment individually.

Your responsibilities:

- Recruiting: Create job advertisements, use suitable recruiting platforms, find and screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
- HR management: Draft and manage contracts, support staff, monitor work performance, and handle all ongoing HR responsibilities.

Your profile: Practical experience in international recruiting and/or HR management, plus familiarity with relevant recruiting platforms and HR tools. Excellent English is required; German is an advantage.

Collaboration and compensation:

- Recruiting only:



Choose hourly payment or a success-based fee per successful hire or freelance engagement.
- HR management only: Hourly payment.
- Both areas: All work is paid on an hourly basis.

For success-based recruiting, you cover your own recruiting expenses. For hourly recruiting, we cover the agreed recruiting budget. You submit monthly invoices and brief activity reports. Workload and availability are agreed individually. Interested?
