What you’ll do

- Own requisitions end to end, from entry-level volume roles to senior leadership and CXO hires
- Source through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and direct headhunting
- Screen and assess candidates, then submit only the ones who fit
- Manage candidates through interviews, offer, negotiation and joining
- Take briefs from account managers and clients, and push back when a brief doesn’t match the market




- Keep your pipeline and tracker updated daily

What you need

- 2 to 6 years in non-IT recruitment, agency experience preferred
- A track record you can put numbers on: daily submissions, placements per month, and total CTC value placed
- Experience with both volume hiring and senior or niche hiring
- Robust sourcing skills beyond just job boards
- Clear communication in English and Hindi
- Your own laptop, stable internet and a quiet place to work

Working days Monday to Saturday. 1st and 4th Saturdays off.

Salary

Up to ₹40,000 per month, based on your experience and track record.
