About the Role

Nuance Aesthetics is looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage our front desk, assist patients and handle telephone and WhatsApp enquiries. The ideal candidate should communicate confidently and provide a welcoming, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors and assist with registration.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly.
- Make outbound calls to people who have enquired about our services.
- Follow up on enquiries, appointment bookings, missed appointments and scheduled follow-up visits.
- Explain consultation charges, available services and offers using clinic-approved information.
- Refer medical questions to the appropriate doctor or clinical team.
- Maintain accurate patient records,



enquiry details and follow-up status.
- Assist with billing, payment collection and receipts.
- Keep the reception area organised and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- A polite telephone manner and confidence in making follow-up calls.
- Basic computer skills, including WhatsApp, email and data entry.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with a team.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service or telecalling is preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
