- Generate leads and identify prospective property investors.
- Explain property projects, investment opportunities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build relationships with clients and understand their investment requirements.
- Schedule client meetings and invite prospective investors to the office or company events.
- Follow up with interested prospects and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and meetings in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.
Eligibility
Criteria - Freshers can apply; prior sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; Gujarati and English are an advantage.
