Role & responsibilities
Property Scouting: Lead the scouting and acquisition of current land and commercial properties in the area tailored to specific area requirements.
- Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of average rental rates and land values for commercial leasing across various specifications.
- Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end legal documentation process for lease agreements, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler for extensive field-based acquisition activities.
