Experience of working on real estate advisory/ strategy engagements such as highest and best use assessments, feasibility assessment, corporate growth and market entry strategy, market assessment, benchmarking studies, business plan formulation, commercial due diligence, feasibility assessment.



In-depth understanding of current market dynamics within the Indian real estate sector and robust skills in financial modelling and analysis are essential. Proficient in utilizing MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and other data analytics software.

Communication and Project Management skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills and proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities/ stakeholders.
