Job Title: React / Next.js & .NET Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled React / Next.js & .NET Core Lead to join our growing development team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend development using React.js and Next.js, combined with hands-on backend experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of software architecture, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and full-stack web application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, C#, and .NET Core.
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React Hooks, Context API, and modern state management techniques.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and Web API.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Implement clean coding practices and Object-Oriented Design principles.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best development practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

Frontend (Mandatory)





- Strong hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs

Backend (Mandatory)
- Solid experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
- Expertise in developing RESTful Web APIs
- Positive understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns
- Experience with Entity Framework Core and ORM concepts

Database & DevOps
- Experience with SQL Server
- Knowledge of Git version control
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
- Experience with Unit Testing frameworks
- Exposure to Docker and Containerization
- Understanding of application performance optimization

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-6 years of software development experience
- Proven experience leading full-stack development projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence
